We welcome you at your hotel or station and carry you quietly onward with your luggage. There is no need to arrange transport at every stop. A dedicated driver-concierge who understands the full itinerary supports the flow of all three days.
Iwaso’s spacious public bath offers something uncommon on Miyajima: a hot spring embraced by the island’s scenery. Linger over the view and allow the day’s tiredness to ease away at an unhurried pace.

The Night & Morning of Miyajima
After the day visitors have left, Miyajima returns to its natural stillness. Look up at the Great Torii from the night sea, then wake early to walk through Itsukushima Shrine and silent streets before the island begins to stir. The night and morning become one unbroken story—an experience a daytime visit cannot reveal.
After dinner, set out onto the quiet water. The vermilion gate emerges from the darkness while its light moves gently across the surface. As the boat draws closer, its scale and sacred presence feel entirely different from anything seen by day.
Because you are staying on the island, there is no need to hurry for the last ferry. The day closes with a rare experience of quiet wonder.
Walk through Miyajima as it wakes. Shopfronts remain closed and the approach is almost empty. There are only the sound of the water, birdsong and your own footsteps along the quiet streets.
With Mount Misen held in mist, Itsukushima Shrine stands in profound stillness. Before the crowds return, quietly encounter the sacred atmosphere the island has protected for centuries.
JOURNEY 01
From Japanese culture to a garden retreat.
Carry the lingering stillness of Miyajima’s culture and prayer with you to Sekitei. Seasonal light moves softly through the garden overlooking the island; the hot spring loosens the body and mind before kaiseki and wines collected by the host bring depth to the evening. Later, beyond a darkened path, Bonbondo waits quietly apart. This is a journey in which Japanese beauty is not simply observed, but slowly felt around you.
After Japanese cultural experiences, stay on Miyajima. Cruise to the Great Torii after dinner, then walk through Itsukushima Shrine and silent streets before the island wakes.
After breakfast, receive a formal prayer in the main sanctuary of Itsukushima Shrine. Take time for lunch and a relaxed transfer before checking in at Sekitei at 3 pm to enjoy its garden, hot spring, kaiseki cuisine and wines collected by the host.
Enjoy a quiet morning in the hot spring and garden before your private transfer to Hiroshima Station, Hiroshima Airport or your onward destination.

From Japanese tradition to the contemporary Setouchi.
After encountering the prayers and beauty carried through generations on Miyajima, the journey turns toward the contemporary Setouchi. Wander through a museum that seems to float between sea and sky, then settle into a villa that is itself a work of architecture. As the evening light slowly changes, savour French cuisine shaped by the gifts of the region. Tradition and modernity become one story in the light of the Setouchi.
After Japanese cultural experiences, stay on Miyajima. Cruise to the Great Torii after dinner, then walk through Itsukushima Shrine and silent streets before the island wakes.
After breakfast, receive a formal prayer in the main sanctuary of Itsukushima Shrine, then cross to the mainland and check in at 3 pm. Enjoy the museum, architecture, sunset atmosphere and French cuisine.
Take your time by the sea before your private transfer to Hiroshima Station, Hiroshima Airport or your onward destination.
