Booking & Payment
Every journey is prepared individually. Your reservation is confirmed only after you approve the final itinerary and quotation.
1. Enquiry
Send your preferred date, number of guests, accommodation, interests, vehicle preference and language-support needs.
2. Proposal and Quotation
We will confirm availability and provide a proposed itinerary, inclusions, exclusions and a tax-inclusive quotation in Japanese yen.
3. Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed after you accept the proposal and complete the required payment by the stated deadline.
4. Payment
Available payment methods and due dates will be shown on the quotation or invoice. Bank or card processing fees, when applicable, are the guest’s responsibility.
5. Changes and Cancellation
For transfers and day services: free through 8 days before use; 30% from 7–3 days before; 50% from 2 days before through the previous day; and 100% on the day, after service begins, or for no-shows. For overnight, multi-day, and special-arrangement services: free through 21 days before use, except non-refundable third-party costs; 20% from 20–8 days before; 30% from 7–3 days before; 50% from 2 days before through the previous day; and 100% on the day, after service begins, or for no-shows. Separate third-party cancellation charges may apply. Individually quoted conditions take precedence when stated.
6. Third-Party Services
Accommodation, restaurants, cultural activities, tickets and other partner services may be subject to separate terms and cancellation charges.
7. Final Confirmation
Please check names, dates, pickup details, guest count and contact information before payment.
8. Language, Age and Accessibility
Service is available in Japanese or English. Foreign-language interpreting is available in English only. Guests must be age 12 or older. Child seats and booster seats are not available. Reservations from wheelchair users cannot currently be accepted, and no individual exceptions are available.
9. English Language Support Fees
Executive Transfer: ¥16,500 optional. Peace & Hope: ¥49,500. Hidden Hiroshima: ¥33,000. Gastronomy & Spirits: ¥41,250. Japanese Culture: ¥49,500 Full Day or ¥99,000 One Night / Two Days. Signature Journey: the two-night, three-day base price is ¥250,000 for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class or ¥270,000 for the Toyota Alphard, including tax. Required English support of ¥148,500 including tax is itemised separately in the formal quotation. Accommodation, dining and activity costs are quoted separately.
