We welcome every referred guest as our own while respecting the standards and reputation of the referring hotel or travel company.

Operating Company & Authorisation

Hiroshima Premium Concierge is operated by Ashow Co,Ltd (株式会社栄商). Private chauffeur operations are provided under the company’s own hire-car authorisation.

Operating Responsibility

We are responsible for reservation management, itinerary coordination, vehicle operation, guest service, vehicle care and safety management. The partner’s role is limited to introduction and reservation liaison unless otherwise agreed in writing.

One Private Party per Day
(excluding Executive Transfer)

This one-private-party-per-day policy applies to the five experience plans other than Executive Transfer. Each journey is arranged around the guests’ pace and purpose. Executive Transfer may accept more than one booking on the same day, subject to availability. Mercedes-Benz E-Class accommodates 1–2 guests; Toyota Alphard accommodates 1–4 guests.

English Support

Practical English language support is available or required according to the selected service. Specialist legal, medical and commercial interpreting is not provided.

Booking & Confirmation

We confirm availability, prepare the itinerary and quotation, and issue written confirmation. A request is not a confirmed booking until our confirmation notice is issued.

Corporate Settlement

Direct guest payment and invoiced corporate settlement can be arranged. Payment timing, cancellation terms and responsibility for third-party expenses are confirmed in the partnership agreement or quotation.

Referral Commission

STANDARD REFERRAL COMMISSION10%

Accommodation, meals, admissions, tickets and other pass-through expenses are excluded. Commission is settled after the service has been completed and payment received. Volume or continuing partnerships may be agreed individually in writing.

Privacy & Communication

Guest information is used only for arranging and delivering the requested service. Operational details and changes are shared promptly with the designated partner contact.
